On Saturday August 25 from 8 am to 12 held a window wash fundraiser 4 of the 5 cheerleaders showed up to help then several neighborhood kids came over to help. While the girls were very tired in the morning they worked very hard and cleaned somewhere around 10 vehicles. While there was no set price the girls raised $300 in donations. This money will go towards purchasing cold weather uniforms for the team. The girls especially raised enough money for nicer uniforms. One funny thing that happened was about an hour after the girls got dropped off one of the cheer parents returned with the truck they went mudding with. The girls had to clean chunks of wet mud off the windows. While they said it wasn’t funny they laughed the whole time.
